Position Overview:
· The Information Technology (IT) Technician is responsible for providing the first level help desk support under the direction of the IT Manager. The IT Technician will focus on providing assistance to our users through phone calls and a ticketing system. The Technician will assist the IT Manager with the maintenance and upgrades to all corporate network infrastructure. The Technician will be responsible for imaging and deploying new or existing hardware to our users.
· Hours of work: 35 hours per week
· Compensation: $ 57,166.20 to $66,885.00 per annum (to commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:
· Community college diploma in Computer Networking or Programming, or relevant technology training.
· CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
· 1 – 2 years in an IT support position.
· Experience with Active Directory and associated services.
· Experience with Windows and Microsoft Exchange Servers.
· Experience with iOS, iPad OS, and Android.
· LAN / WAN experience.
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
· Strong Oral and Written Communication skills.
· Valid Ontario ‘G’ Class Driver’s License
· Must provide a clear Criminal Record Check.
