About This Opportunity

This position will join our team working in Matachewan, Ontario on a full-time basis. The schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off.

This position offers a salary range of $53.00 to $61.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate underground haul trucks to safely and efficiently transport muck, ore, waste rock, and other materials.
• Load and unload material efficiently while maintaining safe loading practices.
• Work closely with various departments, including Mine Operations, Maintenance, and other site personnel, to support safe, efficient, and reliable underground operations.
• Participate in workplace inspections, safety meetings, and other site safety initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating haul trucks in an underground mining environment.
• Basic Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core Program (770010) with modules U0000, U0001, U0002, U00012 and U0091 as a minimum.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's licence.
• Eligible to work in Canada
