Compensation & Benefits Information

·         Rate of pay: 19.65 per hour as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Summer Student will support the maintenance team by performing routine repairs, groundskeeping, equipment checks, and general facility upkeep. Additionally, will assist the team with preventive maintenance tasks, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and responds to daily operational needs. Demonstrates strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn hands‑on technical skills

·         Must be attending either secondary or post-secondary education and returning to that in the following school semester

Skill, Ability & Experience:

·         Communicates effectively orally and in writing with peers within the department and other personnel within the organization.
