Position: Interim Project Liaison
Keiton Equipment Inc is seeking a dedicated full-time Interim Project Liaison to oversee property development projects within the surrounding area.
Duties:
- Aid in the development of a business plan.
- Schedule and prioritize meetings with potential contractors, engineers, and investors.
- Research available financing options for commercial property development and complete required applications.
- Aid with gathering appropriate permits and completing necessary applications (building, locates, etc.).
- Perform administrative support functions such as customer relations, answering phone calls, data management, creating reports, drafting correspondence, and preparing basic financial projections.
- Collect data related to projects, note-taking, and other clerical duties.
- Resolve work-related problems.
- Provide necessary updates to all parties involved in the project.
Qualifications Required:
- At least one year of experience in Business Administration and/or Office Administration.
- At least one year in Office Administration
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.

Classification: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: $30/hr.
