Keepers of the Circle is an Indigenous Hub operated by the Temiskaming Native Women’s Support Group (TNWSG), a non-profit organization founded in 1997 to promote the economic, cultural, and social equity of Indigenous women, girls, and gender diverse peoples.

About the Role

Keepers of the Circle is looking to recruit an Industry Partnership Liaison to engage, coordinate and develop partnerships with community, industry, and corporate partners across Ontario and nationally.

The Industry Partner Liaison will be responsible for designing and delivering presentations for employers on developing and implementing workplace diversity plans that support training and employment for Indigenous women, girls and gender diverse people. The selected candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and co-hosting knowledge exchange dialogues on women's employment plans and piloting an employment training program based on the Culture, Confidence and Competence curriculum, working closely with the lead project coordinator, the pre-employment training team and program practitioners.

Remuneration will be $30/hr to start. Group health benefits after 3 months.

This position is based out of our 175 Government Road E. Kirkland Lake, ON Training Centre
