Compensation & Benefits Information
· Rate of pay ranges from: $31.81 per hour to $33.18 per hour as per the SEIU-Clerical Collective Agreement

· Percent in lieu of benefits paid bi-weekly up to 18% as per the SEIU-Clerical Collective Agreement
Job Summary:
The Health Records Analyst ensures timely completion of all patient information ensuring availability of information to the physicians, allied health and HIM’s.
Qualifications:
Education:
Certifications and Registrations
· Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) required
· Post Secondary diploma in Medical Office Administration, or Business Administration preferred
Skill, Ability & Experience:
· Superior Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required
· 3+ years of experience working in Health Information and/or in a health care setting will be considered an asset
· High level of proficiency in computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams required.
· Must have critical thinking and problem solving skills.
· Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
· Must demonstrate attention to detail a
· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to maintain principles of confidentiality
· Client service and telephone skills required to deal with all clients (public, staff, physicians other institutions and agencies) in a professional and courteous manner.
· Bilingual (oral) English and French an asset
