Role Summary

T Cannabis is seeking applicants for the role of Retail Store Associate. The Retail Store Associate should be compassionate, responsible, and well-educated about cannabis. We are looking for individuals who can engage positively with their community, deliver excellent customer service, and take on responsibilities wherever needed to ensure the success of their location.

We offer opportunities for growth, with many of our retail store associates becoming manager-level employees within a year. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow with the company and take the next step in their careers.

Responsibilities

- Report to duty punctually, and in appropriate and outlines attire according to dress code standards

- Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring that legal standards are met

- Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Confidently represent the sessions brand and ideals

- Educate customers on cannabis products and how to safely consume cannabis

- Fulfilling and delivering customer orders

- Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories

- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily

- Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under

- Abide by all company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Must be 19 years of age or older

- 1 – 3 years of experience in a retail setting is preferred

- Valid CannSell Cannabis Retail Certification or willingness to obtain one

- A valid criminal background check

or willingness to obtain one

- A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for delivery

- Availability for shift work any time between 9:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday

Salary range: $17.60 - $20 per hour
